Responsibilities
Manage project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and change control end-to-end. Create and maintain unified artifact documentation (PRDs, specifications, test plans, runbooks). Orchestrate workflows across design, build, verification, and release phases. Conduct stakeholder communication regarding status, decisions, and trade-offs. Coordinate release readiness and post-launch governance.
