Responsibilities
Convert work into agent-ready tasks with clear context and acceptance criteria. Integrate AI-generated outputs into coherent increments (code, configuration, tests, documentation). Establish testability and correctness through unit, integration, and contract testing. Add observability hooks and contribute to operational runbooks. Collaborate with Staff Engineers on technical strategy and Solution Analysts on validation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong frontend or backend development (full-stack preferred)
- Version control, CI/CD, and testing methodologies
- Edge case and integration point evaluation
- High accountability for quality and delivery
